Training

The Placement Cell provides regular training to enhance students’ skills and job readiness. These sessions are designed to help students improve both technical and soft skills. Special focus is given to preparing students for the recruitment process through structured training modules. The programs include:

  • Aptitude Training: Regular classes to improve problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills.
  • Communication Skills: Focused sessions on spoken English, email etiquette, and professional presentation.
  • Group Discussion (GD) Handling: Mock GDs are conducted to improve confidence, clarity, and leadership in team discussions.
  • Mock Interviews: Simulated interview sessions help students prepare for real-time interview experiences with proper feedback.

Training

I & II SEMESTER

First Year

TRINITY SKILL WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, TRIVANDRUM.

PGP College of Engineering and Technology has signed an MOU with Trinity Skill Works Pvt. Ltd., a leading skill development company based in Trivandrum, Kerala. This collaboration aims to enhance students' employability through structured training and assessment programs. Students can register on their platform Skill Actz to take mock tests, assess their skill levels, and track their progress. The tie-up empowers students to prepare effectively for placements through continuous learning and performance-based feedback.
